I'm Chris, aka CJ, a mixed media artist based in NJ.

 My work focuses on exploring the fantasy that film and

animations allows us to take part in. I use fantastical settings to tell personal stories in a unique, entertaining way. To explore complex ideas and states of mind like depression or fear, in a way relatable to people regardless of their background. I use video and a variety of different animation styles in my work. Sometimes even experimenting with combining those mediums to make something truly stand out. My goal as an artist is to use my abilities in

animation and my knowledge of film to not just tell a story but to create a unique experience. An escape from reality that may end up changing the viewer's perception of reality.
